What are the key responsibilities of The Nursing Team?
As a part of The Evewell nursing team, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting a wide range of gynaecological and fertility procedures, including patient recovery after sedation, phlebotomy draws, administering IV infusions, IM, and S/C medications. You’ll be the vital link between patients and their care plans—booking appointments, sharing important results, and leading nurse consultations. For those trained, you’ll have the chance to conduct pelvic ultrasound scans, making a direct impact on patient journeys.
What training do you get?
We set our new team members up for success from day one. As a new employee, you’ll receive six weeks of induction, immersed in the nursing team across both clinics, including hands-on training in ultrasound scanning, helping you feel fully confident and supported before joining our rota and weekend schedules.
What are the career progression opportunities?
We love to promote internally! The progression from Junior to Mid to Senior will be dependent on your fertility experience, and in addition, you’ll have the opportunity to attend conferences, seminars and educational days.

What are the key responsibilities of The Patient Services Team?
Our Patient Services Team is at the core of delivering exceptional communication and service with empathy and compassion. Often the first point of contact for our patients, this team is a vital department at all touchpoints of our patient’s fertility journey, managing enquiries with sensitivity, coordinating personalised treatment plans, and ensuring a seamless journey for every patient. You’ll work closely with different teams to maintain smooth clinic operations, streamline processes, and provide outstanding service.
What training do you get?
As a new member of the patient services team, you’ll receive a comprehensive induction and exposure to the wider team across both clinics, including marketing, admin, nursing and the clinical team, helping you feel fully confident in the services and treatments we offer before meeting our patients.

The Medical Receptionist and Administrative Assistant works within the Patient Services Team to liaise with patients, answer queries, make appointments, take payments and provide comprehensive information regarding all the procedures and treatments.
The successful candidate must demonstrate an empathetic and caring nature towards our patients be reliable to open the clinic and have previous reception experience.
The Care Coordinator works within the Patient Services Team to help create an effective and smooth treatment pathway for fertility patients at The Evewell.
The successful candidate will be a confident, clear communicator, focused on providing outstanding customer service.
The Senior Fertility Nurse/Midwife will be responsible for patient care, information counselling, treatment, dispensing and administration of drugs.
The successful candidate will have a nursing or midwifery background and be passionate about providing a high level of care to their patients.

The Medical Personal Assistant will provide first-class pro-active PA/Secretarial support to Consultants.
